Ranking the Top 15 3B

The Fantasy Sports Forum.com

2008 DRAFT RANKING:
THIRD BASEMEN

The FSF Score combines the following key statistical categories:
slugging percentage, runs batted in, runs, base on balls and stolen bases.
The list includes players only from their primary position.

2008 2007
DRAFT FSF
RANK PLAYER SCORE
1. Alex Rodriguez. NYY 1062
There’s no debate on whether ARod had one of the greatest seasons ever –
the question is whether he can repeat 54-156-.313? I think he’ll be pitched around more this season, so expect a slight dropoff.
2. David Wright, NYM 894
After ARod, Wright is one of the most complete fantasy player, with stellar stats across all categories. His 34 SBs rank him second among 3B.
3. Miguel Cabrera, DET 855
The move to the potent Tigers lineup will only offer protection for an already lethal hitter. There’s no reason he can’t at least repeat his 2007 stats:34-119-.319.
